Member Data Call: Comments on Pay Equity and Transparency

DESCRIPTION
On February 21 at 11:00 a.m. PSC's HR and Labor Policy Committee will be hosting a meeting to collect member input and inform its comments on the Office of Federal Procurement Policy's Proposed Rule: Pay Equity and Transparency in Federal Contracting, a rule that would prohibit contractors and subcontractors from seeking and considering information about job applicants' compensation history when making employment decisions for certain positions. Under the proposed policy and the proposed regulatory amendments, contractors and subcontractors would also be required to disclose the compensation to be offered to the hired applicant in job announcements for certain positions.

This meeting is exclusively for PSC members.
